I am Samsung customer from the era of Samsung galaxy s2 .. This year's Neither they focus on hardware nor to their software... They might be flying high as Apple... That's what Samsung got hype during those days when came on a market competing with apple ... "Open android platform and cheaper price with good hardware those days while competing with apple".. Now Chinese brands and Samsung are in same place... Samsung has title but worst service at all in comparision of Chinese brand as apple !!! It's time for Samsung smartphones to fall... Paid youtubers and comment won't help if customers will start ignoring u.

You are right. Samsung has become a detoriating brand. More than 60 percent depreciation value if you want to sell, flagships converted to archive items with no updates. It's a pathetic situation. 🙄🙄
