Unable to upload 19MB video

Unable to upload 19MB video on Samsung's community. Showing an error check your network connection, where my network connection is absolutely fine. Tried the same over wifi also, still not working.

Then there is only one thing to be done, uninstall members app and then reinstall it.

restart your phone and try it again it will be useful, also check can be 19MB video uploaded over here. none of these help you out...only one option is remains which is make sure your samsung member application is upto date or not.

everything done...still not working..25mb is the limit

so do one thing place your onto floor break it by using brick or any kind of hard thing that definitely helps you..😐😐
