Unable to upload 19MB video

Unable to upload 19MB video on Samsung's community. Showing an error check your network connection, where my network connection is absolutely fine. Tried the same over wifi also, still not working.

sometimes download speeds good but upload speed is weak check then upload

try resetting your connection seting and reboot your device.

then you can use video file size reducing tools online, after that you may be able to do the same
