Unable to pull down notification shade anywhere from the screen

Hi, I've a Galaxy Note 10 and I'm unable to pull down notification shade anywhere from the screen, the option is turned on and I did everything like clearing OneUi data, uninstalled updates, force close the app etc.. once I performed factory data reset and it helped, but again facing the same issue and performing factory data reset is not practical every time.. please help me out.. thank you

Bro, if you are using GoodLock app..then turn off/turn on task changer or uninstall it or update task changer to the latest version or update GoodLock app..
