This bug occurs quiet frequently in Note 9

 Dear Samsung,
There is a bug in Note 9, this happens quite frequently When the Screen is locked and when it is about to get unlocked.

Please find the bug in the attachment.

To me it looks like some sensors are activated before certain condition is not checked.

check for this setting is it enable or disable if enable then your bug is not not a bug it present unwanted touch

if the problem remain same then
I suggest you to use your device in safe mode for some time if you are facing some issue

Safe Mode allows the device to boot up without  installed third party apps running, which will conserve battery power. 

 

To start the device in Safe Mode, with the device Powered Off.

① Press and hold Power key.

② Once the animation starts, Press and hold the Volume down key until the lock screen appears.

③ Keep the Volume down button until device boots up.

④ Safe Mode is indicated in the lower left hand side when enabled.

⑤ To get out of Safe Mode restart the device.

Yes I too was facing this issue earlier. Turned off the BLOCK ACCIDENTAL TOUCHES and it got solved .

This is not a bug...this notice comes when u cover or block proximity sensor
