Task changer: it is a Bug or not,

Dear Sam,

Some times while tilting phone in landscape, respective app's icons are shifted appropriately, however not the app's contents.

I see it as a bug, if it is pls fix it up.

Kindly find the screen shot below for proof.

Note: folks pls correct me if I am wrong.

bro, see the second screen shot, if it is normal, I should get the same one nxt time also, however it works ok some time.
I know they use some space constraints while orienting apps.
just thought to update sam, in case if it seems a bug.
