Check App Using More Ram And Uninstall it
Check The Storage Space Delete Unwanted Particles Or Move To Memory Card & Keep More Space to the Phone Storage
And
Do The Following Steps
Setings》Device Maintenance 》App Issue Report》Click on App》Again Click on App》Uninstall
Do the Same With All App
And ReInstal Only From the Play Store or Galaxy Apps
This Will Solve Your Issue
And Keep Your Phone Updated

use your phone in safe mode once

U check the mode. if power saving mode enabled. it will limit the CPU speed.
