Check if there is dirt in the mic space, clean it and the sound would be better! Or if you're using tempered glass that could be covering the top mic because I had that problem.
No isnot a mic issue ... sudenly i realise that hearing sound is very low during caling.. so what to do ... need to visit samsung service centre or what
