Galaxy Note
When i am playing music or other sound through headphone/speaker (either bluetooth or wired), the sound is supposed to pause once i remove the external headphone/speaker. However in my case, whenever the headphones/speaker is unplugged and the music would switch to phone's speakers without pausing.
Auto pause would also be useful when other apps (YouTube, games, etc) start playing sounds.
This sometimes is very inconvenient and in all my earlier devices, sound paused whenever external sound device was removed.
Kindly help.

that's irrespective of the app that I am using. It happens with Samsung music, google music, saawan, YouTube and any other app.

Get a LED torch and see if any dirt is stuck inside the headphone jack. Remove it with a long needle/pin. Wrap cotton around a toothpick, soak in a drop of alcohol and clean the headphone jack. Should fix the issue.
