Hi, Here is typical reason for phone's slow performance: Too many apps open in phone/Heavy Gaming/Heavy Streaming-playing/heavy media for very long hours/Outdated software If the internal memory is running out, then performance of the phone can get degraded. There are some tips to free the internal memory: 1.Save photos/videos to EXTERNAL SD card by default rather than internal storage. 2.Clean your junk and cache files & Uninstall apps you do not use.
