I am using note 5 for last 1 months I have observed that the battery percentage when seen at 10% drops so fast that on reaching around 5% the phone automatically switches off without notifiying Please suggest Sw version i am using is in the attachment
Could you please check this in Safe Mode and let us know ?
Steps to make device in Safe Mode : First, turn off your phone and then hold the Power button. When you see a logo appears on the screen, press the Volume Down button, and do not let it go until the lock screen appears. If it worked, “Safe mode” will appear in the lower left corner. Thanks.
