It's seems there's some error in software update, i want to restart the software update, not resume it.

Is there a way to restart the software update from 0%? (not resuming, because i think there's an error)

Try factory reset method by long press power button + volume up button for few seconds. there you can reset.

Nope..visit service center(but take backup of your device first)
