Samsung has promised will provide 3 years software update to its device but why not providing to Note 9 users???

Yeah samsung promised ..
But it is for devices launched in 2019 and after 2019 ..
Not for devices launched before 2019 like ur device ..

Your device launched simply before the promise. How many years of update did they promise at the time of purchase? I am sure it was two and they did deliver on that. So there is no point in complaining. You bought it knowing that it will get only two major OS updates.

Note 9 is now an archive model and maybe buried next year by Samsung. Its the end for Note 9 so no more upgrades.
