Air command gives you access to signature S Pen features. You can access Air command anytime you are using your phone by simply taking out the S Pen. Alternatively, Air command can be activated by simply hovering the S Pen over the screen and then clicking the S Pen button.
Once opened, you’ll see a menu that feature several options, including Smart select, Screen write, and Samsung Notes. You can also create a Live Message, sending your friends and family a drawing that comes to life before their eyes. Or, if you're reading something in a different language, it's simple to select text using the S Pen and have it translated with the Translate feature.
Smart select lets you select, clip and collect whatever grabs your interest so you can easily share it right away or at a later time to your friends or via social media.
Whatever the shape and size of the content, Smart select it with your S Pen to capture it all in one quick move. Capture long pages that require scrolling as one image and write notes over the saved content. You can also easily create GIFs from videos.
Launching Screen write will automatically create a screenshot of your current screen and allow you to jot down notes on it. The tool offers six brushes, five brush sizes, an eraser tool, a color wheel, as well as Undo and Redo options. Once you’ve prepared your screenshot, you can tap the buttons at the top to either share or save the file for later use.
