Slowness of Note 9 AFTER Android Pie + One UI Update

Yesterday I updated my device to One UI and what I am noticing now is that there is a delay of 2-3 seconds in most of the apps and YouTube is like around like 5 second delay. When you click on call icon it is also having delay and while picking the call there is lag.
Camera is also not smooth as it was before.
There are many small lagness if you are the person who notice the speed. 
If there's anyone also getting this please comment.
And SAMSUNG please respond to this issue

I have the same lag not as fast as before, there are couple of issues
1. Lag while multitasking between apps
2. Good lock not supported anymore
3. While using bluetooth headsets alerts and sounds don't buzz viz phone, it only buzzes via bluetooth headsets
4. Bluetooth headsets no more supported in side secure folder
5.When using night mode u can use certain themes
