Security patch update for Note 4.

Roll out the December 2016 security patch for NOTE 4(SM-N910G) as soon as possible.
Note 4 is still running on 1 November 2016 security patch.
So , I request samsung to Rollout the security patch of December 2016 for the Note 4(SM-N910G).
