Most of time my navigation recent button and notification handle freeze after using secure folder its happening after one ui update but samsung its not fixing..
I'm also facing the same problem and moreover someone stated that its a new security feature. (I don't believe that)
For me I usually don't lock screen while using Secure Folder because most of the time freeze occurs after locking the screen while the Secure Folder or App in it is open. So try to leave Secure Folder before locking the screen.
