Screen recorder media sound note 10 lite

Hi
I have a galaxy note 10 lite. My screen recorder was working just fine at the beginning. However, lately, it has stopped recording media sounds properly. When I play the recording, the media sound is audible only for a few seconds in the beginning and end. 
Any solution for this?

Reset the screen recorder
Navigate to apps>> show system app>> screen recorder >>clear cache and data

The screen recorder is not showing up with the rest of the system apps

Okay. Found it! Thank you.
I cleared the cache and used it. Still not working. The media sound is there for the first few and last few seconds only.

Did you switched on media sound and mic option during recording?

It's working fine for the media and mic option. Just glitching on "media" option

Maybe some problem... it will be fixed in its new update
