Screen Flicker after Last August Update

After troubleshooting, Recovery medu clear cache, safe mode, factory reset, the flickering still continues.. 

It happens whenever the screen goes off during locking or unlocking,

during calls the screen goes off completely.

I love my phone device , but what the he'll is this.!😟
