Sharing following with the community..

 I purchased a Note8 in 2017. Had to undergo a Screen change under warranty within a year, due to internal SCREEN BURN . Thereafter, purchased an Extended Warranty for Screen for guarding against damage to the expensive screen should the mobile falls down and screen breaks, water problems, etc. However ,with in this period of Extended Warranty,  the SCREEN BURN has recurred even after the same was changed by the Company earlier.

So , Samsung has given this poorly researched product to me or to general public, for sale, while its screen and poor battery life issue is unresolved. Hopefully, you all should take a NOTE on the upcoming NOTE 10 and existing Note 9..I dont think the company has the gumption to admit their fault on poorly launched product.( Note 8). I am suffering. You guys should definitely seek an answer by Samsung that how many times should you run to a Service Centre for defect rectification , in the life of a phone with inherent defects.

Level raised...matter with Samsung India now...they have responded, however I felt that the response is unlike the big time name of the company. Probably Apple or Google or Nokia would have responded eloquently.

Am sorry it has happened to you... However U shud feel lucky u din buy an apple product... If u hd bought one they wud ve made u pay fr the screen even if it was in warranty period saying this is not problem of apple bt u ve not used it properly... Their response is much worse dan dis... For your info I use note 8 nd ve not faced any such problem till date...

Just see very carefully by using the option of having a white screen...u will see a faint line across the mobile somewhere around the upper half , running from one side to the other. Also , if u see the lower task bar , u may see the burn mark of the lower icons - that of Dot , the cursor ,etc. If it's not seen , I t lucky. I say this because the Galaxy S8 has also similar problem since I see my wife using it regularly with this
phone's fault .
