It is to report an unfortunate incident that happened to us.
We had an issue that occurred in our samsung device S20 plus with regards to a green vertical line that popped up on the screen. After continuous follow up, the head office team asked us to submit the mobile at the Samsung service center bearing address Samsung Mobiles Authorized Service Center, TB Rd, Veliyannur, Thrissur, Kerala 680021.
It's been more few days now.
Initially a manager name Mr. Balram Rathore( balram.r@partner.samsung.com) was assigned to this case and later it was handled to Mr. Tejahai (tejahai.k@partner.samsung.com) who is currently handling the case.
On 9th February, 2022 Mr Tejahai called me and said that nothing can be done about the mobile issue as it's void of warranty and we have mishandled the mobile and tampered the same. And he was adamant and refused to consider our side of story. We kept telling him that we have never mishandled the device nor there was any incident that would damage the device. It was purely noticed after the Samsung updates.
He said that he checked with the technical team at the centre where the mobile was sumbitted and this was his final conclusion.
Later on 10th February, 2022, we went to the centre and spoke with Mr Abdulla the main incharge of the service center as asked if he found any mishandling or tampering of device from customer end and he said that there was no such reports for the same. He said it's only the display issue that they had reported from their end. When Mr Mustafa from service clearly mentioned that there is no sign of mishandling, misuse nor tampering but Mr Tejahai refused to accept the fact.
Now that Mr. Tejahai had given his final verdict and also send us an email that we have mishandled or tampered the mobile and it nothing can be done as far as FOC is concerned.
Mr. Tejahai tejahai.k@partner.samsung.com also generated false bills for the parts that is not faulty too.
This is very unfortunate and makes us helpless and compelling us to lose trust on such a big brand Samsung in the world.
I request you to arrange a call back for me on 9074434570 from the head office to discuss this issue.
Please do consider the things mentioned above and do the needful with respect to justice and FOC .
Our whole family uses Samsung devices and we all are worried looking at the current service provided. We are losing trust on this brand. This is my final appeal to you.

Greetings of the day !
As discussed This is in regards to the complaint of your Samsung Model number SM-G985FZKDINU, bearing serial R58N32NECYT.
As per the inspection done by our Service Engineer your handset is damaged because of improper usage (or) tampered and hence the warranty is void.
Kindly refer to the warranty terms and conditions , we would not be able to provide repairs In warranty or cater to your request for free of cost repairs https://www.samsung.com/in/support/warranty/
We request you to bare with our efforts to serve you better by allowing us to repair your unit on a chargeable basis. As such the total cost of repair would be INR (16,947/-).
We request you to kindly let us know when would you visit service centre.
We value your relationship with Samsung and assure you of our best services.
