How do I remove all my previous cards from Samsung records? I upgraded to note 20 from note 9 and now Samsung pay keep saying I need to call my bank to verify my cards and when I call the bank they can't help me, because apparently there supposed to be verify by sms then you enter the OTP. But it doesn't give me that option and everytime I add the card it says "already exists"

yes did a full factory reset on the previous device, I actually used Samsung pay on this device with no problem up and till Monday when that update came and crashed my apps, since then my Samsung pay don't want to work anymore, and I really don't want to do a factory reset on this phone

the uninstall and reinstall it and still the same.
that why I ask delete from Samsung records because I think it pulls it from my Samsung account

Hi  MrLevey

It seems your Samsung Pay app is having issues due to the new software update malfunction. In this case, you will need to take the device to the service center for a software reload.
