Samsung notes update

Few days ago, I got an update for Samsung notes ( version 4.0.03.28 ) for my Note 10 lite and it was working fine until I did a reset of my phone. Now after reset, I am stuck with version 3.3.10.2 and there's no way I am able to update the app anymore. 

Anyone else who are not able to update it anymore after factory reset?

There's only option to disable it but it is greyed out too.

That means You cannot uninstall it. only you can disabke it.
