Note 9 in 2021= NO🤔, Buy any flagship which would get the next One UI 4 update☺ Since u said u don't like fhd+ display, you've no other options that are budget friendly, just sell your kidneys n buy the top models if that's what u r eyeing all this time. Meanwhile I'm happy enjoying the only snapdragon 800series samsung launched in India ie: S20FE, it's fhd+ but I use it for productivity n I'm on less brightness coz that's how I use + 120Hz is awesome experience, n minor niggle is plastic back but since I use a tough case for every phone I use it's not a big deal for me, using glass glasstic back was one reason why samsung was able to reduce its price but it's still got that IP68 waterproofing with that glasstic back. So yea u should go for higher flagship as you won't get satisfied with lesser but efficient midrange phones😉🙃
Nice 👍🏼 pick then, also don't forget it has, BP monitor, Heart rate sensor, n s pen ofcourse 🙌🏼. Phones like Note 9 , s9, S10 won't be made again, so yea👍🏼.
