Samsung note 9 incoming call voice problem

My Samsung note 9 after 2.5 update when call is coming my voice is not hear to other end person. But i call again to same person which is hear to them. It is a software glitch or network problem I am using Bsnl SIM same time jio network is no problem.

Its a pain to reset.

I knw this will only get resolved when samsung creates a update other wise we have to reset the phone.

Its such a shame samsung when u are not creating a bug fix for such premium phones even after 1 month
