Note 20plus Ultra overheating

Mobile overheating very badly...while using video and photographs. Kindly advice any solution

use the low brightness and use original charger for charging the phone. do not take photos in sunny day..

wait for at least a week after you purchased your phone. try closing the background running apps.. and if the problem persists you should take it to a service centre

bas ab ye ek mahina kambal odho aur mobile se chipak ke so jao.. kam se kam garmi ka maza le hi lo ab...

Phones usually heat up if you are taking videos or photos for long time especially in a sunny day and/or at high resolutions. Give it breaks in between.

as per samsung they are telling us that up to 45 degrees of heat is normal but we can't adjust temperature above 37 .When I report this issue at that time customers care representative told me heating is not an issue 😒

dear all thanks for your comments, for me Ian surprised that Samsung premium phone providing all latest technologies but can't use. very strange..like high display.. don't use over usage battery. high camera and video performance, don't use over heating, etc... like Adam and eve have an fruit tree but don't eat...
what is the purpose of providing all these features and if we use the mobile getting heat or battery drain.
note: final solution from Samsung care factory reset🤦...fed up

purpose simple hai... Use it as Induction heater.. thats it..

It seems Note 20 series owners are gonna regret buying it after launch of S21/S30 series... However again we will be getting Exynos rubbish, but still as per leaks, featurewise it quiet superior and those who waited and didn't purchased this **bleep** will have some good news.
