After software update, a pink line has appeared on my Samsung N20 ultra phone. I have submitted my phone to Samsung service center, let's see what the result is. According to the service center, my phone's screen is faulty and needs to be replaced. I am not able to understand where my fault is. This has happened to many people.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

The service center people have returned my phone to me and told me that for the pink line on your screen, the screen will have to be changed and you will be charged for it.When there is no mistake of mine and there is no physical damage to my phone, then why should I have to pay. What is my fault in this? I had just updated the phone's security patch software.Is this Samsung's plan to damage the phone with software update and then charge money to repair it? This same issue has happened with other phones as well, those companies are replacing the screen for free but Samsung is not doing so. Please provide me a better solution.

Capture a picture of your smartphone and post on twitter with proper explanation and tag Samsung and Samsung India.
After wait for sometime, you will be asked to share your contact info in message after that one of the member will directly coordinate with you.
He will ask you to submit your smartphone to service center and they can't refuse.if they refuse directly call that authorised person. service center will dignose your smartphone and send the report to Samsung directly. After your phone's display would be replaced free of cost.
It may take around 15 days

I had already submitted the phone to the service center but they returned it saying it is out of warranty.

It is 3 years 11 months old, I had pre booked it when it was launched. But there is no hairline dent on the phone.
