It's common problem with spen in samsung note 10 plus...you can try by resetting the spen or restarting the phone...if the phone is under warranty then get it to the service centre they will change the spen

Bhai koi zarurat nahi h new spen ki ..spen off kardo kyoki ye features waise bhi aap use ni karoge kabhi..once in a while use hota h...normal spen functionalities kaam karengi hi isme but Bluetooth ni karega sirf...why waste money if you are not going to use the extra feature
