I'm facing problem with Samsung members app while I'm opening with mobile data...it is opening with wifi only ...in my note9 ...Any of u facing with this problem in ur mobile

go to settings then press apps ,samsung members》storage》 clear cache》clear data and restart your device

Try Clearing Your Cache, And Data then Must Do Force Stop And Uninstall App from Galaxy Store, Restart Your Phone & Then Download App.

yes this app doesn't work properly with mobile data. even high graphics online games works with mobile data. many times i sent feedback. I cleared cache, data and tried reinstalling the app. same issue
