hi. there seems to be a problem with proximity sensor. if I am on a call and take the phone away from my ears to end the call or press a number , the screen doesn't wake up and I have to keep pressing the power key to wake up the screen everytime. it's a brand new galaxy note 10 lite. can I fix this in any way please ?
I Got this problem is the 4 time now they replace screen all new but it turns off the proximity sensor 4 times is service center it have been replace all, screen mother board battery, and the phone is still the same issue this has been a modification since Android 11 update they have desativated the way that proximity sensor worrks in Android 10 this is a shame they are doing to people buy note 20 and S21 by the way have exactly same problem i have all S models and Note models and some A models and the A model is that still works fine ....
