Samsung don't have ans.,why they stopped 4G+ in note 20 if they don't have SA5G?

They said ,they are are working on update for SA(stand alone) 5G. but they don't have answer that why they removed 4g+. This jio4g+ can give us jio welcome unlimited offer available for jio 5g working.
