Why Galaxy Labs is not officially available through Galaxy Store...?

Any reasons you may know about that?

Because its only available for some models ui3.1 and some regions. You can try to download the apk by searching Google but no guarantee it will work 👍

I know about Apk but still prefer to download apps through Galaxy Store or Playstore...
But this seems more of a discrimination that other countries get Snapdragon and Galaxy Labs but no one in India...
