We as owners and genuine customers of yours are feeling out and out cheated by you SAMSUNG. Do you think ₹10,4999/- is a joke, its our hard earned money which we paid to get a powerful performance oriented all-rounder device from you, can't you see the kind of complaints every NOTE 20 ULTRA owner is facing. Take your **bleep** device back and return our hard earned money if you cant replace it with the more efficient Snapdragon 865+ variant. And to every note 20 ultra owner i want to say PLEASE VOICE YOUR ISSUES WITH THIS DEVICE SO THAT SAMSUNG HEARS IT. Dont be silent we need to take this up with samsung together till they dont listen to us. Samsung please except that EXYNOS 990 is a inefficient chip. I have to charge my phone 3 times a day, yess thats crazy, never have i had to do this with any phone i purchased previously.
I am very surprised that people bought Note 20 Ultra or Note 20 in India despite knowing performance of Exynos 990 on S20 series. What were you expecting? Some miracle ? Also if you bought these for full MRP then that's again huge mistake.
Only option for you guys as @VocalForLocal has said is to hire good lawyer and file case in consumer forum/Court. More people combined together the better. If you can't do that then I don't think Samsung will help to solve issue.
Hey are you guys still facing the issue? I too own a n20u. I get around 5.5 hours of SOT. Its surprising that you have to charge 3 times a day. may be most of the time its for gaming? I agree that we should have gotten snapdragon. but your case is too extreme.
Yes still facing it. My usage consists of multimedia youtube, gaming and office work excel and word. I have read lot of comments of note 20 ultra owners who have to charge 3 times a day. Because you see a person who has bought a note device is a power user, they expect a better battery processor, the device should handle anything thats thrown at it at this price point.
Bro Totally agree with your pain, Yes Device has 1. Heating problem and after September update it is showing some improvement in heating. 2. Yes, Charging is not that fast, even my Note 8 charged faster than N20U but hopefully future updates will resolve this too. 3. If you are switching from earlier note devices then you would not going to like the display of N20U, No idea what samsung has done with the display but frankly speaking my Note 8 display looks stunning if compared with N20U.
My only suggestion is use your N20U fullest with maximum power, I am using it with standard mode ( i.e not adaptive 120hrz as I did not like it) with High performance mode and WQHD+ and enjoying it now a days...Software updates will eventually slow most of the problems...
even after knowing that it has crappy processor ppl are purchasing and now complaining... desh ki janta hi chu.t.i.y.a hai to Samsung to loot machayega hi...
