Samsung Why are you Silent on Note 20 ultra issues.

We as owners and genuine customers of yours are feeling out and out cheated by you SAMSUNG. Do you think ₹10,4999/- is a joke, its our hard earned money which we paid to get a powerful performance oriented all-rounder device from you, can't you see the kind of complaints every NOTE 20 ULTRA  owner is facing. Take your **bleep** device back and return our hard earned money if you cant replace it with the more efficient Snapdragon 865+ variant. And to every note 20 ultra owner i want to say PLEASE VOICE YOUR ISSUES WITH THIS DEVICE SO THAT SAMSUNG HEARS IT. Dont be silent we need to take this up with samsung together till they dont listen to us. Samsung please except that EXYNOS 990 is a inefficient chip. I have to charge my phone 3 times a day, yess thats crazy, never have i had to do this with any phone i purchased previously.

Device heats up very easily, battery drain is crazy ( have to charge 3 times every day) and above that 25w slow charging, if I charge while using the phone charging is slow very slow compared to when the devices kept idle, gaming, PUBG is capped at 49 FPS because of inefficient EXYNOS 990, screen isn't vivid, compare the S20 ultra screen side by side you will understand ( note 20 ultra screen has a yellowish shade which cannot be adjusted even with white balance setting and last but not the least screen touch is surprisingly not good, i have touch twice many time to register a touch ( saw this on YouTube reviews too, where many reviewers had to touch twice to register a touch on screen)

Since I am not a ultra owner I still feel bad. However, some people tried but unless there is unity your voice will not get heard. In my opinion all facing issue hire a lawyer and file case in consumer court. Cost for legal action will get split and cheaper for f everyone

yes i m using note 20 ultra since launch the battery backup is so poor from one plus 8 pro , i have compared both devices trust me other than camera one plus is the big winner snd its half the money from note 20 ultra , dont buy samsung flagships , they know how to cheat indian people
