Hi, 

I am newly experiencing this problem form a week now, when ever i shoot video in my note 9 camera it gets struck and gitters in between and does not give me the smoot video output.

Am I the only one experiencing this problem ?

Is there any solution or is there any news that Samsung would fancy releasing a patch update which could solve this problem? Please help.

i did every possible thing.
the video runs smooth in UHD 60FPS but rest of the modes it gitters.

Do you get a wavy video? If yes then camera module is at fault!

nope i dont get wavy effect just while shooting it get stuck like pause play. doesn't give a smooth video.

Then you have to perform a hard reset most likely!

1. Check app cache:-
Clear cache memory of a particular application : Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Gallery' >Storage >Clear Cache.
