Samsung Note 9 screen discoloration

My Samsung note 9 phone screen color suddenly changed  to green. I have not updated it, since I bought it last year.I have tried calling on the toll free number, but didn't get much help. I was told that all the service centers are not operational in Mumbai.

I saw people are facing same issue after March 2020 update, but in my case I have not updated the software. Also, there is no physical damage on phone. I am wondering then what could be the cause for the same.

I think Samsung needs to check there AMOLED screen panels. How suddenly, people are facing same issue during same time.

I m regretting that I have chosen Note 9...

Everyone is annoyed, disgruntled and upset of buying note 9, though being a great phone the march update messed up the display. You are not alone in this fight many users are angry with Samsung.
Unless all users get together and file a mass petition with Samsung they will not act. 🤔

Agree, I saw similar post many people are facing... I don't know how to file petition for the same.. Can you help me pls...

I suggest gather more people having similar issues and then file the petition. If you do it alone they will just throw it in dustbin. Ask around in this forum, someone will surely take initiative

we are waiting from march.After that i recieved 3 updation and they didnt fix this.

You received 3 updates post March?? That's strange. We didn't receive one.

not in march.I recieve 2 updation in april and 1 updation in may.Althogh the issue still exist untill now.No fix

I have already did that, they are suggesting to visit service center where they will suggest to get replacement which will cost around 20K.
