Samsung Note 9 Screen Turns Green

Hi I have a Samsung note 9 and recently the screen goes green all of a sudden and the phone freezes.

Got to lock qnd unlock the phone a few times and the struggle to reset the phone as the screen is still green and lagers.

Alot of note 9 customers are complaining about this issue on the internet.

Samsung this is a let down as the note 9 is a flagship phone. 

My phones lcd nd screen is still in great condition. I did not drop my phone. So excuses Samsung. 

Please advise.

If the device is out of warranty then you will be liable for the charges. If device is still in warranty you can take your proof of purchase with you for warranty validation.

How long is the warranty valid for? I got this device on the 7/7/2019
