UPDATE - We have a update on Play Store for Andriod System Web View post updating will resolve the issue to some extent.

Issue not getting resolved post restting the device... Kindly not to go for factory reset option... Will not help... Try below instead

- Settings
- Apps
- Android system web view
- 3 dots (right corner)
- Uninstall updates

Yes mine is you notice more if you go into display and change to darker background
