Galaxy NoteNOTE : As per my knowledge after going through a lot of similar issues online. There will be more line appear in time. Sometimes the display totally goes off or goes salt and pepper noise state. So it's better you backup your data when it is accessible. And also connect Samsung DeX to your PC and learn how to connect it when there is no display in your phone. So It will helpful in future....
Apart from that. I've spoke to customer care about this issue on my NOTE 20 ULTRA 5G and they said they only considering ONE TIME FREE REPLACEMENT ON SAMSUNG S20 Devices and they do not care about other devices like ours.. So explain it clearly it is not your fault. And it is them who destroyed your phone. Once you got them and they understand it's their problem. They might want you to go to ASC (Authorized Service Centre) to generate a JOB SHEET to prove that the display got the line because of the software issue. With that said, They still said they can't promise the FOC screen replacement. If they do not accept to replace the display, We have to sue them.
