Samsung Member App Not Working on WiFi

Hello. I am using Samsung Galaxy Note 9 with stock Android 9.
The Samsung Member App is not working on WiFi network only. But the other apps are working perfectly fine on my WiFi network.
However, when I am using mobile data Samsung Member App is working.
I deleted the cache and data of the app. Then uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still it's not working on WiFi network only.
It gets stuck in the Samsung Member page and stays there forever. Screenshot attached.
Need help. Thanks.

Already done. they have suggested a trouble shooting method and I followed it step by step but still same problem persists.

We recommend you to kindly update the device software as official android Q has been released for the device note 9. We suggest you to check the issue after updating the device via below mentioned path:

1) Settings > Software Update > Download and install.

2) We recommend our users to check for the software update with the help of Smart switch PC Suite as well. You can download the PC suite from the given link:
