This is a problem with almost all Samsung phones having Exynos 9611
If your phone is in warranty, then the service center will do the needful free of cost
If out of warranty, then mail on ceo desk and wait for their call

This problem is caused by software update. Once this starts, there are very less chances to get solve.

No, this problem start before update the software. I thought after update it will resolved. But no luck

This is the reason why I'm not updating my M31s.
It's running almost fine and I don't want to spend 9k+ to replace motherboard.
This restart issue isn't gonna get solved with any software update because it's the software update that made this issue occur. Now if you visit service center they'll tell you to replace the motherboard and in most of the cases our device is already out of warranty so we have to pay 9k+ .
Samsung is so spineless that they didn't come up with a official statement for their mistake and assure it's customer for a free servicing like Xiomi did sometime earlier.🙂
