hello i bought a week ago s10 installed all the updates and it seems that the battery % go down pretty fast i measured it with a stopwatch and it seems that 4 min of normal usage only scrolling through menu or setting and looking at my photos in gallery 1% go down from the baterry is this normal? i mean it dont seem too normal to me at least i have no idea
Yes, it is not normal. I have been facing the same issue in my S10 ever since it was updated with OneUI 2.1 We have to wait till the May security update. Hope it might improve it
I hope too samsung should do something about that as soon as possible i started to think that my phone is broken i really hope that in may they will improve it cause i really like my s10 but not like this when battery go down so fast

1)Battery optimization:-Settings>Select Device Maintenance/Device Care>Optimize>Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory 2) Close background running apps:-Tap on recent key and close the background running application.

Guys im not trying to be rude but i tryed all that like the first time i noticed the battery drain issue i did everything optimised everything uninstalled apps i dont use I checked the background running apps and notthing my brightness level is turned to like 35 or 30 percent is pretty dark i turned on the dark mod and nothing battery still goes down really fast i dont know what to do and i dont really wanna reset the phone i think it dosent help i think its a software update issue i have the phone only like a week i havent even been using it so much i would really like to let samsung know that they should fix this issue and not ignore this its important thing and needs to be fixed as soon as possible i think more people have this problem with their samsung galaxy devices s series or note series this really annoys me and i think a lot of people would be just as happy as i will be when this is going to be fixed or improved come on samsung you do love your customers you should take this issues more seriously
