S pen

Can't get my s pen to click out..I mailed smsed and tried calling and got no service   im actually so disappointed..were cam I lay a complaint

Hi Methew

Please reset your S pen :

Please do the following.

1. From the home screen, select Apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select advanced features.
4. Select S Pen.
5. Select s Pen remote.
6. Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner.
7. Select Reset S Pen.

* Please ensure that the S Pen is inserted on the device while resetting.
