Note20 ultra s pen

Any advice on note 20 ultra s pen no longer fully functional. Unable to use it as a remote to take photos. I understand the phone is old, but any suggestions will be appreciated. Really love this phone

Mine has the same problem, I believe they disabled the S pen in some regions like here in South African region
