S pen screen write not working

Is anyone facing this issue the screen write function and the create note function in the side menu has not been working for a month now tried everything in the settings but still no results... Can anyone please help me

It is working fine in N20u with latest patch. Which device are you using?

I'am using the regular note 20

Go to Settings> Apps> search for Air Command, and tap on it> Storage > clear cache and data. See if it works.
