Lol, You cannot find the location of S pen from your phone, it is just a (rather advanced) stylus.

However S pen alarm feature is available which notify you if you walk with your phone without inserting the S pen and the screen is off. To activate this feature kindly go to settings>>Advanced features>>S pen>>Alarm>>Enable.
