S-Pen not connecting

I am using Note 10+ and for a few weeks, my S-pen is not connecting to the device. Everytime it gives me an error. I have tried every possible method out there but neither of those fixed that. 
Can anyone tell me the reason behind that and give me a suggestion?

How to Reset S Pen
Please follow the below steps:

Step1: Navigate to the Apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Advanced features.
Step3: Tap on S Pen.
Step4: Tap on Air actions.
Step5: Tap on More.
Step6: Tap on Reset S Pen.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

I am also facing same issue after android 12 and my brother phone also having same issue after android 12 update
