S pen is disconnected for more than 2 months now,
 - Cusfomer care office said it can be solved with software update.
 - Bug/Errror report via phone received highly irrelevant soltution which again not helped.
 - Updating via smartswtich august security update also not solved the issue
 - clearing cache & reseting air actions is also not helping!
 - And here even after the September security patch update, no fixes for s pen disconnected issue!

I tried factory data reset also but it not helped and service center suggested to wait for software update fix.

Service center employees told me that you have to purchase new s pen worth 2500 or 3000 rupees. Becoz its not replaceable in your warrenty.

Oh! Well than happy to infrom you samsung that If it was the issue with pen then how come it not worked while i tried note10 lights s pen nd before anyone ask yes multiple s pen was on and was happily disconnected from its old device for my trying purpose! 😅

Tried everything nothing helped now i never want any samsung devices
after july update my note 10 plus's screen fade and s pen air action not working always disconnects mi is far better than samsung in flagship devices compare any mi with samsung

To Reset S Pen - Insert the S Pen into the slot. Then, open the S Pen remote setting screen and tap More → Reset S Pen.  

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
