S Pen Problem

Hi,
My s pen of note 8 which comes with puch to pull out feature,

So problem is when i push it , it remains inside little deeply,  i have to use very thin pointed nail to pull it out. As my phone is under 2 year extended warranty, 
 
Does it come under warranty?
