Read caller name aloud

When I put "read caller name aloud" to off mode, even then it calls aloud. Can't get rid of it inam using Samsung Note 10 plus

By any chance r u using truecaller. Because this feature is over there 2 just incase u have toggle over there and just turning it off on your phone app and not in truecaller too.

If you are using Google Phone app or any other app, make sure caller name feature is disabled in that app too.
